THE BEACH!!!!

We took a little family trip to San Diego with Grandpa Dougie and Grandma Bug back in August. This was the funniest time EVER and I can't say it enough how glad I am that we were able to do that. We spent 4 wonderful days of going to the beach (Hayden & Bentley's 1st time and Taylor hadn't been since she was like 13 months old), we went to Sea World and Legoland. SO MUCH FUN! Thank you Doug & Natalie for coming with us on our little family adventure and creating so many incredible memories!

We made little goodie baskets for the girls to take to California - Hayden discovered them first.

Hayden was SO FUNNY! She hated the sand and we just could not figure out why. She spent most of her time just sitting on her towel and gradually she started playing with a shovel, but they was about all she wanted to do with the beach. CRAZY KID!

The girls LOVED getting buried in the sand, well NOT Hayden, but Tay and Beny sure had fun!

It was a perfect day to spend at the ocean!

Our last day of the trip we took the older girls to the beach again and Hayden took a nice little nap at the hotel with Grandma & Grandpa. It was so much fun to spend that time with them!

The girls loved playing in the waves and looking for sea shells.

It was so nice and relaxing and just flat out fun! Definitely a day I will always remember!

Our last stop was a visit to the San Diego Temple. What a beautiful place! And then we headed back home to AZ. Couldn't have asked for a better family vacation!
