Last weekend Taylor kept telling us that her knee was hurting. She pointed to the back of her knee and sort of just limped around all weekend. We didn't think much of it - probably just growing pains - and then on Monday when she still wasn't walking normal, we decided to take her into the doctor. The doctor asked Jordan what types of activities Taylor was involved in or what might have triggered her injury. Jordan kind of laughed and said to the doctor, "It might be easier to talk about what she doesn't do! The kid is PRETTY ACTIVE!"
She was concerned that Taylor might have torn a ligament in her knee and recommended that we go see a specialist. WHAT! The even thought of my little 4 year old having a major knee injury completely took me by surprise! Thankfully, we went and saw the specialist on Wednesday and her x-ray's came back great! It was pretty cute to see her cute little bones in the x-ray picture - just so tiny and perfect. She still has some fluid in her knee and has to take it easy for the next few weeks until it completely heals, but thank goodness no major problems. We will see just how EASY it is going to be keep Taylor from jumping, running and doing anything too crazy!

I just added your other email address to my blog. I hope we can see you guys next week! I'm looking forward to it. Also, your blog was my inspiration to switch things around a bit with my own. SO thanks for the compliment:)
Our little crazy Taylor! She is so AWESOME! This little girl is just a ball of energy and loves to be doing anything, especially if includes running around crazy like, jumping off of something, driving something or throwing or kicking a ball! She is so much fun! I love how active this little girl is! It is kind of hard having her kind of laid up, she is my little sports buddy in the backyard once I get home from work and we have had to take it easy the last few days!
